Question 1

Who is eligible to enter?

Accepted Answer

You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Individual competitions may add further eligibility requirements, which are published on the competition page.

Question 2

How do I verify my account?

Accepted Answer

After registering we email you a verification code. Enter it on the verification page to activate your account. Codes expire after a short period and you can request a new one.

Question 3

Are competitions free or paid?

Accepted Answer

Both. Each competition is clearly labelled. Where a competition has a paid entry, the amount is shown on the competition page and confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Question 4

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Paid entries are settled in Bitcoin only. The checkout page displays the destination Bitcoin address, the amount and what the payment is for. Your entry is confirmed once the transaction is verified.

Question 5

Will I ever be asked to pay to receive a prize?

Accepted Answer

No. BOTBWINNER will never ask for a payment to release a prize you have won. Any entry fee or eligibility condition is disclosed before you participate.

Question 6

How are winners selected?

Accepted Answer

Each competition publishes its winner-selection method before entry — normally a random draw after the closing date. Selection events are recorded in an immutable audit trail.

Question 7

How will I know if I have won?

Accepted Answer

Verified winners are contacted by email and see their winning status in their dashboard. With consent, winners are also published on our winners page.

Prizes are delivered or transferred within 30 days of winner verification. Full detail is on our prize fulfilment page.
